HOW TO USE - INSTRUCTIONS & TIPS

USE AS A FACE WASH, EXFOLIATOR OR CUSTOMISABLE FACE MASK

EXFOLIATING SHOWER MASK Tip a large pea size amount of the Powder into your palm and mix with Cleansing Oil. Massage into face, neck and décolleté to exfoliate the skin and then pat warm water on when you are in the shower. The steam and water will speed up the activation of the Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid and Colloidal Oatmeal - ensuring soft, glowy skin. QUICK CLEANSE Tip a large pea size amount of the powder into your palm and mix with water and / or Cleansing Oil. Massage into your skin, ideally leaving on for a few minutes to activate the Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid and clays. OR just rinse off (if using as a face wash) and wipe away any excess with a clean, damp face cloth. EXFOLIATOR Tip a large pea size amount of the powder into your palm and mix with Cleansing Oil. Rub hands together and pat onto the face, neck and décolleté, working in well to remove dead skin cells and refine the skin. Pat water onto the skin and massage it off gently, wiping away any residue with a damp face cloth. NB - If you have sensitive skin and the exfoliator feels too harsh, then soften the grains by patting the face and neck with water. You will still achieve a lovely exfoliation. FACE MASK Mix a large pea size amount of the powder, with Cleansing Oil (OR Serum OR Face Oil) and a few drops of water, to mix to a single cream texture. Massage onto your face, neck and décolleté and then pat a little more water on. Leave on for at least 10 minutes to allow the Vitamin C, Clays, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid to really activate and work their magic. The longer you can leave on the better. You can even sleep in this mask!

BEAUTIFULLY RICH, NOURISHING FACE BALM - PERFECT TO KEEP DRY SKIN NOURISHED AND GLOWING DURING THE DAY.

FACE Take a small amount of the balm (a little goes a long way!) and melt into your palms, then pat onto damp skin - cheeks, neck, chest and forehead and chin. Then massage in well to help the nourishing shea butter and cocoa butter absorb into the skin. Pat excess onto your lips. This balm takes a little longer than a face oil to sink into the skin, but it is so beautifully nourishing. Works wonders on dry hands too.

Perfect as a Body Oil or Bath Oil - it softens skin with enriching Avocado Oil, Macadamia and Vitamin E. BODY OIL - Massage into your body to calm, soothe and nourish. Or, simply rub into aching muscles or joints as required. BATH OIL - Add to the bath for a calming aromatic treat Run the bath first then add in approx 5 - 10 pumps (5ml) into the water. Relax in the bath for 15- 20 minutes to allow the soothing essential oils to work into the skin. Pat dry with a towel to leave skin soft and nourished.

INDULGE IN AN AROMATIC BATH OR SHOWER WITH UPLIFTING GRAPEFRUIT, LIME & ORANGE

Tip a teaspoon into a warm bath and swish around to disperse, or add to the shower tray before stepping into a warm shower. FOR THE BATH - Stay in for 15 - 20 minutes to allow the therapeutic Essential Oils to penetrate into the skin (and then into your bloodstream where they work their magic!) to detox, revive & uplift.
